Cozy cocoon-style dog bed®

I’m disappointed with the shipping process and customer service. Delivery was slow, and support responses were very delayed, which made the whole experience stressful. That said, once everything was sorted out and the bed arrived, I have to admit it looks great, feels thick, and is high quality. The bed itself is worth the money, but the overall experience from ordering to delivery wasn’t great.

I’m honestly not happy with the shipping time. It took much longer than what was originally stated, and there weren’t many updates. That said, once the bed arrived, I have to admit it’s very comfortable and well-made. My dog really enjoys it. Great product, but shipping needs improvement.

Delivery was slightly slower than promised, which made me a bit impatient. However, the bed itself is very comfortable and sturdy. My dog sleeps great on it, and the quality matches the description.

I've a hyperactive pup who used to bark endlessly when I left for work. Since introducing this bed, he's been much quieter and less anxious.

This bed instantly became Biscuit's favourite place to nap so I had to get an extra one for when he's at my office! 4 starts cuz they offer only 3 colors..
